Your notes

After a recording (or an import) MeetGist writes three Markdown files next to the audio:

transcript.md

Verbatim, timestamped lines: [MM:SS] Speaker: text. Speech on your mic track is attributed to Me; the system track is split into Participant 1, 2, … , using real names when people introduce themselves. The original language is preserved (including mixed English/Chinese).

polished.md

Reading-ready minutes: a smart summary, topic sections, a chapter summary, selected quotes, to-do items, and a per-speaker stance. Disfluencies removed, meaning preserved.

summary.md

Punchy: TL;DR, key decisions, action items, open questions, notable context. Output language auto-detects from the meeting (English or 简体中文).
